East Ham

Being located in the Borough of Newham, host to the London 2012 Olympics the area has undergone major change in the past few years.

As well as the new Westfield Shopping centre and cinema complex, East Ham boasts a modern Leisure centre, which sits very nicely alongside the grade ll listed, Edwardian town hall, with its landmark clock tower.

The picturesque Central Park, which the late great Bobby Moore, played in as a child, during the late 1940’s and early 1950’s.

Mainly made up of a mixture of Victorian and Edwardian houses and converted flats, often in tree lined roads, the area has continued to attract first time buyers into the area together with investors.

Access to and from East Ham, is via the underground on the District Line and both the A406 into North London, which joins the M11 towards Anglia, and the A13, out towards Essex, and are quite literally on the doorstep.
